This highly regarded and rapidly expanding practice require an APC level or recently chartered Building Surveyor for their office in Leeds.
The practice has a fast growing reputation both in terms of client base and environment and can offer you a varied range of work that will assist you in getting chartered.
In exchange they require a candidate with commercial building surveying experience and a determined attitude. Experience of dilapidations and party walls would be an advantage although they are prepared to offer top notch APC training in order to help you pass your APC at the earliest opportunity.
